  • Led the end to end design process of an Open Source digital health platform used by Ministries of Health in low income countries across Africa and East Asia

  • Managed a team of UX Researchers across several product triads, ensuring user feedback aligning with organizational goals were prioritized our product roadmap and contributed to the product vision

  • Responsible for feature monitoring and reporting ensuring product success on an iterative basis

  • Conducted design reviews and maintained our design system and documentation

  • Most recently led the design of a feature that reached 10k users with a 95% success rate and a cost savings of 87% in relation to user training
